With the new Solstice range, the traditional durable Pitco construction has been enhanced with even more stainless steel.
Now stainless steel side panels are standard which allow for easy clean-up and long lasting appearance. The robust channelled steel reinforced design provides long life in a busy, high volume environment. The heavy-duty 5mm thick door hinge and wide swing doors provide longevity and ease of access. Common front-to-back dimensions and drain heights make it easy to order and build a standard battery of fryers.
